Universal Ford truck heat air and defrost system. This system is designed to fit into the truck where the stock heater box normally mounts, the heater box has to be removed. The system will fit against the firewall behind the glove box, the glove box will not have to be altered on most trucks. The vents can be cut into the dash, or can be hung under the dash, this is your choice. The kit can use the factory heater controls, if you do not have the factory controls we can include rotary knob controls, or a billet control panel. If you are interested in the billet panel, select it from the drop down menu above. There are four hoses that need to be routed through the firewall, we include grommets to protect the rubber. A drain tube also needs to be run through the firewall.
The kit is complete and includes the following:
• Evaporator kit with expansion valve and mounting hardware, grommets.
• Duct hose and vents
• R-134a Hose kit (See hose kits Page for contents)
• Black o-ring drier with drier straps
• Superflow Condenser with condenser mount kit (condenser size of your choice)
• Sanden Style A/C compressor with clutch
• Compressor mount kit with Pulley (to fit your Ford engine)
• HI / Lo binary pressure switch
• Heater control valve
• Directions

All of our complete kits come with everything needed to install Air Conditioning in your vehicle except for Pulleys (sold separately). All kits will require a 3 Groove Crank Pulley (If using V-Belts). For Chevy Small Block and Big Block Engines, you will also need a 2 Groove Water Pump Pulley (If using V-Belts).
