O-ring Expansion Valve With Female Oil Tube
Standard O-ring thermostatic expansion valve with a female (oil return line) equalizer tube. This valve is common on aftermarket and original systems that used an equalizer tube. The valve has an equalizer tube and a sensing bulb. The fittings sizes are:
3/4″-16 male o-ring thread; connects to the evaporator
5/8″-18 male o-ring thread; connects to the liquid line which runs to the condenser
1/4″ female o-ring thread; connects to the suction side of the evaporator
This valve is compatible with R-12 and R-134a refrigerants.
