Complete firewall forward kit without an evaporator unit. This product is here for our customers to purchase a complete kit without a pre-selected evaporator unit. Please choose an Underdash Evaporator below that you would like to use with this kit; or you can use an existing evaporator system.

This kit includes:

Sanden Style V-Belt Compressor with clutch
O-ring Drier with mounting strap
Condenser with mounting straps (please specify size of the condenser from the options above)
Compressor mount kit for a small block or big block chevy engine
R-134a hose kit (see hose kits page for contents)
Hi / Lo binary pressure switch
Directions

Pulleys and a radiator fan are not included. A fan and fan shroud should be used on the radiator, or a sufficient electric fan. The setup requires a double groove water pump pulley, and a triple groove crank pulley. Please specify in checkout if you have a long or short water pump and if the alternator is on the driver or passenger side. A short water pump will sit up against the timing chain cover, a long water pump will have a one inch gap between the rear of the pump and the timing chain cover. Heater hose, belt, and refrigerant are not included As mentioned in the first paragraph. If your vehicle came with factory air but the parts under the hood were removed this would be the kit to purchase. You will need additional part depending on the year of the vehicle. Please email us for the necessary parts. If you have an aftermarket evaporator but need the rest of the kit this will include all the necessary parts.
