Exchange and Return Policy

Prior to returning any items for a refund or exchange, you MUST call our office to get an RGA (Return goods authorization) number.

Please write the RGA number on the outside of the box. Boxes returned without an RGA will not be accepted from the shipper.

ON ALL RETURNS PARTS MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED ON COMPRESSORS IF THE COMPRESSOR IS NOT CAPPED AS IT WAS WHEN SHIPPED. ALL COMPRESSORS ARE CHECKED PRIOR TO BEING SHIPPED. IF A COMPRESSOR IS CRACKED DURING INSTALLATION NAP WILL NOT WARRANTY THE COMPRESSOR.

There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns. Returns must be made within 60 days from the date of purchase.

A copy of the receipt will have to be provided for a refund.

Shipping cost are not refunded.

When the parts arrive it is the purchaser’s responsibility to be certain all the parts are included with the order. If an order is not complete the purchaser will have 14 days to contact us about the missing parts. We are not responsible for any missing parts after 14 days of the shipments arrival date.

All orders will be inspected before a refund or exchange is given.
