90 degree R-12 to R-134a high side charge port adapter. The adapter is for converting an R-12 charge port to a R-134a charge port. The port includes a new valve core, and cap. The old valve core must be removed.
There are two different side high side ports. This is the larger size of the two. To check your vehicle remove the cap off of the low side R-12 port. If the low side cap will screw onto this port this is the correct part, if it will not fit you will need part number V334.
