Universal underdash Ford truck A/C system. This system is designed to sit under the center of the dash. The unit will not fit in trucks from 1967-1979, it will hit stock heater box. This kit is great way to add a simple A/C system. There are two hoses that need to be routed through the firewall, we include grommets to protect the rubber. A drain tube also needs to be run through the firewall.
The kit is complete and includes the following:
• UD-110 evaporator kit with expansion valve and mounting hardware, grommets. This Evaporator does not have vents for floor heat.
• R-134a Hose kit (See hose kits Page for contents)
• Black O-ring drier with drier straps
• Superflow Condenser with condenser mount kit (condenser size of your choice)
• Sanden Style A/C compressor with clutch
• Compressor mount kit (to fit your Ford engine)
• HI / Lo binary pressure switch
• Heater control valve
• Directions
We will include a condenser to fit your specific truck, if you would like a certain size please specify this in the comment section during checkout. The evaporator unit is manufactured in the USA, by Nostalgic AC in Ocala Florida. The a/c lines exit on the passenger side of the evaporator box.
All of our complete kits come with everything needed to install Air Conditioning in your vehicle except for Pulleys (sold separately). All kits will require a 3 Groove Crank Pulley (If using V-Belts). For Chevy Small Block and Big Block Engines, you will also need a 2 Groove Water Pump Pulley (If using V-Belts).
