1963 – 1967 Ford Falcon Underdash AC Kit

Complete a/c kit for a Ford Falcon with a six cylinder or a V-8 engine. The evaporator unit is designed to fit under the dash without interfering with the foot space of the driver or passenger. We will include the correct bracket for your engine, select from the drop down menu above. If your Falcon has a six cylinder motor it will not require any extra pulleys. The compressor mount bracket will require an alternator. The compressor mounts on the lower passenger side of the engine. The compressor will have a double groove clutch pulley. One pulley on the clutch will run on the stock pulleys on the engine. The second compressor pulley will route around the alternator, this setup eliminates any needs for more pulleys. If you have a 289 engine the Compressor bracket will mount on top of the engine, driver side. The 289 bracket will fit 1964-1966 289 CID engines, if you have an early model V-8 the bracket will need some modifications to fit. The system uses R-134a refrigerant.

All of our complete kits come with everything needed to install Air Conditioning in your vehicle except for Pulleys (sold separately). All kits will require a 3 Groove Crank Pulley (If using V-Belts). For Chevy Small Block and Big Block Engines, you will also need a 2 Groove Water Pump Pulley (If using V-Belts).

Please provide us with the year and engine information in the space below.
