4 Inch Flexible Duct Hose (Sold By The Foot)
4 inch plastic flexible duct hose. The flex hose can be used for vent louvers. This vent hose is not designed to be used on anything that gives off heat, the hose will work to vent the air from a heater in a vehicle, it cannot be used in the engine compartment.

The flexible duct we offer is designed to fit over a 4" round or oval outlet. This hose will not fit anything larger. If you have a larger outlet, IE: 4-1/4", this duct hose will not work. If you have a vehicle that had square hose on the back of the louvers this hose will not work. We recommend making a square housing to fit over the vent, then add a hose adapter, or cut a round hole into the back of the adapter and push the vent hose through. We only offer a few select duct sizes that are most commonly used with aftermarket air conditioning systems. We list all of the duct hose sizes we sell on our website, they are 1.5", 2", 2.5", 3", & 4".
Duct hose is measured stretched out. When the duct hose is installed into a vehicle you want to stretch the hose so the air can flow without resistance. If the duct hose is long and droopy the air flow will be deviated due to the path of least resistance being blocked, which will cause the vent pressure to be low.
